Summary
We are seeking a Highly Skilled Arborist with quoting potential to join our team and grow. The ideal candidate will be looking to grow their career and develop a quoting relationship with clients to continue building existing territory and looking to develop an international name in the industry with our global partners. Wages will be negotiated.
We are looking for:
- Perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal with precision and safety.
- Operate rigging equipment efficiently.
- Minimum 3 years production climbing experience
- Experience leading a crew
- Ensure safety and ministry guidelines are followed by everyone on the crew.
- Complete assigned work and help with clean up if necessary to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner.
- Set up and tear down appropriate secure work site.

- On the job quote training, once completed, 3 quotes after work for 3-4nights/week and 5 every other Saturday based on work life balance and availability
- Fuel allowance, compensation for each quote sent not dependent on approval as well as commission from quotes approved
