Responsibilities
- Clearly communicate to every customer what sets our store apart-- brand name shoes at unbeatable low prices—priced to be lower than anyones sale.
- Accurately handle cash transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Engage in up-selling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Maintain organized merchandise displays to attract customers.
- Provide warm, friendly, and attentive customer service that reflects our family-owned values.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area.
- Become knowledgeable about product details to confidently explain them to customers.
- Support the sales floor during busy times and contribute to overall store operations.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
