Fix Auto Camrose is busy and consistently booked more than two weeks out. We’re looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician who wants steady work, flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build a great life in an affordable Alberta community.
This is a flat-rate position in a busy, well-established collision repair shop with the work available to consistently produce hours. We understand that flat-rate technicians need a reliable flow of repair orders, organized production and minimal downtime—and that is exactly what we aim to provide.

We offer two daytime schedule options:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Five 8-hour shifts per week
Choose a traditional five-day schedule or enjoy a four-day workweek with an extra day off.

About the Position
As an Auto Body Technician, you will complete high-quality collision repairs while working closely with our estimating, paint and production teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Repairing damaged vehicle bodies and structural components
- Removing, repairing and replacing damaged panels and components
- Completing structural and frame repairs as required
- Following manufacturer repair procedures and industry standards
- Working collaboratively with the production team to keep repairs moving efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work area
- Ensuring completed repairs meet our quality and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Journeyperson Auto Body Technician certification is preferred
- Experienced apprentices will also be considered
- Previous collision repair experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy flat-rate environment
- Valid driver’s licence
- Positive, dependable and team-oriented attitude
