We are a locally owned organic cleaning company working in the Kelowna and West Kelowna area, Tuesday to Friday. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Residential cleaning
- A small amount of post construction jobs, move in/out cleaning, office and studio cleaning
- Flexible and willing to work 25-35 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday, with occasional early morning jobs and Monday shifts
- Working alone as well as alongside teammates
- Locking up and caring for clients homes
- Driving or carpooling to clients homes
- Checking work schedule and answering work phone calls or texts
- Bi-weekly breakfast meeting for 8am Tuesday
- Providing a criminal record check (we cover the cost)
- Training new staff
Qualifications and Skills:
- Cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Must have your own reliable vehicle, cell phone and internet, and a washer and dryer
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail oriented and excellent time management skills
