We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Managing Broker to lead
and oversee our real estate brokerage operations for Canada. As a Managing
Broker, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our real estate agents in the state by ensuring
compliance with industry regulations and driving the growth and success of our
brokerage.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Brokerage Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the real estate
agents and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Agent Support and Development: Provide support to real estate agents to help them
reach their full potential, providing guidance on transactions, negotiations, and
industry best practices. comply with local, state, provincial, and federal regulations and
licensing requirements, expand market reach, and develop relationships.
- Compliance: Ensure that all brokerage activities, transactions, and documents are
compliant with local regulations. Provide guidance on compliance review as
needed.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about the local real estate market trends to better
service agents.
- Agent Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, by providing
exceptional service and resolution of inquiries in a timely manner via our ticketing
system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active real estate broker’s license in the targeted state or province
- Proven experience as a real estate broker and leading other agents
Pay: $110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
