We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to support our team. The role combines bookkeeping and office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent client service.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle bookkeeping: A/P, A/R, reconciliations, GST/HST, payroll remittances, invoicing, and payment tracking
- Sending invoices to clients, collection of A/R
- Manage office operations: supplies, filing (digital/paperless), scheduling, and client onboarding
- Handle client communications with professionalism
- Assist with document preparation and compliance tasks
Qualifications:
- 2+ years bookkeeping experience (public accounting firm experience preferred)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop/Online, Sage and Caseware is an asset
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to streamline processes
