Hogan Chevrolet Buick GMC Limited is seeking an experienced, results-driven New Car Sales Manager to lead our new vehicle sales department. Located in Scarborough, Ontario, our dealership proudly serves customers throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing sales team, drive growth in new-vehicle sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help achieve the dealership's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales objectives.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Sales Consultants to improve performance and professional growth.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the entire vehicle sales process.
- Work closely with the General Sales Manager, Finance Department, and dealership leadership team to achieve business goals.
- Manage new vehicle inventory, pricing strategies, merchandising, and sales processes.
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies, General Motors standards, and all applicable regulations.
- Review sales reports, market trends, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a New Car Sales Manager within a franchised automotive dealership.
- Proven success leading and developing automotive sales teams.
- Strong sales, negotiation, closing, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform effectively in a competitive, high-volume dealership environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes and dealership operations.
