- This position is for a Journeyman Fabricator/Welder.
- Demonstrates experience and proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques.
- Experience in ironworking would be an asset.
- This is a flexible position where occasional Field Work will be involved.
- Aluminum experience would be an asset but not required.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fabrication scenarios.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship
- Qualifications and experience preferred, however in-house training might be considered.
- Preferably CWB certification with familiarity in MCAW, FCAW, SMAW MIG welding processes.
- This individual must be reliable, punctual, able to work in a team atmosphere and understand the aspects of this trade.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Work independently and efficiently, managing workload and meeting project deadlines.
- Utilize welding equipment and tools to assemble and weld steel components with precision, accuracy and a safe manner.
- Conduct metal finishing techniques, such as grinding, sanding, and polishing, to achieve desired surface finishes.
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain and repair welding equipment.
- Follow safety protocols.

Pay: $28.00-$45.00 per hour
