Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide appropriate recommendations
- Keep detailed records of treatments administered and client progress
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and wellness practices to enhance their overall health
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of massage techniques, industry trends, and relevant medical terminology
Experience
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist or similar role in a professional setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and common health conditions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures clearly and address client questions or concerns
- Certification from an accredited massage therapy program and valid licensing as required by state regulations
- Ability to build rapport with clients, ensuring a comfortable and trusting environment
