Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook naan bread from scratch, ensuring consistency in flavor, texture, and appearance
- Follow established recipes and food handling procedures to maintain food safety standards
- Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed, supporting overall kitchen operations
- Serve customers efficiently by providing warm, freshly made naan during meal service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food prep area, adhering to sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Support team members during busy hours by working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience
- Prior food service experience, especially in restaurant or kitchen settings, is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with food preparation and cooking techniques related to bread or similar baked goods
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices
- Familiarity with meal preparation within the food industry environment
- Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and timely service

Pay: $17.60-$20.50 per hour
