LOV Coiffure & Spa is looking for a talented, passionate, and client-focused Hair Stylist to join our growing team in Laval.
We are an established full-service salon dedicated to providing exceptional hair services in a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment. Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair services, including cutting, colouring, styling, treatments, and consultations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding each client's needs and creating personalized recommendations.
- Build lasting relationships that encourage client loyalty and retention.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with salon standards.
- Recommend professional home care products that support clients' hair goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and ongoing education.
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to maintain a positive, professional atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Licensed Hair Stylist (or eligible to work in Quebec).
- Passion for hair, fashion, and exceptional client care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Experience with colour services, blonding, balayage, extensions, or smoothing treatments is considered an asset.
- A desire to continue learning and growing within the industry.
