Ontario Budget Comfort is looking for an experienced HVAC subcontractor to support our growing heat pump installation business across Ontario.
We are seeking an established subcontractor who operates their own company, maintains their own crew, and carries all required tools, vehicles, registrations, and insurance. The majority of the work will involve cold-climate heat pump installations, including mini-split ductless systems, ducted heat pumps, and oil-to-heat-pump conversions.
Requirements:
- Valid 313D Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Licence (313A considered an asset)
- Valid G2 Gas Technician Licence minimum
- TSSA-registered contractor
- Valid commercial liability insurance (proof required)
- WSIB coverage (if applicable)
- Own company vehicle and installation tools
- Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Work Area:
Our customers are located throughout Ontario, generally within a 350-kilometre radius of Toronto. This includes areas such as Sudbury, Kincardine, South Frontenac, Windsor, and surrounding communities.
Compensation:
Highly competitive pay based on experience, qualifications, crew size, and scope of work. Consistent installation opportunities are available for the right subcontractor.
