The Role
As a Sales Representative for Reliable Maintenance Products, you will be maximizing business growth through the acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customers in various channels. You are responsible for growing the business in your territory by creating ongoing, positive relationships with your customers.
This is a full-time, permanent role. This is a salary and commission based position.

We are proud to say we are a Northern success with our head office in Sudbury with branches throughout Northeastern Ontario.
What you’ll be working on:
- Developing business to increase volume, new package distribution, and acquiring new accounts using customized proposals.
- Generates business from internet sources, cold calls, and general inquiries via email/phone. Uses peak hours to “sell” and non-peak hours to do account maintenance tasks.
- Record prospects and accounts by creating a tracing system.
- Developing assigned accounts relative to sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service
- Utilizing Internet tools to stimulate sales.
- Providing excellent service to accounts, creating and maintaining goodwill with all customers.
- Working closely with the delivery department to ensure effective service.
- Monitoring and reporting on competitive activity
- Completing required paperwork and processes in an accurate and timely manner
Who’s a good fit for the team:
- You have completed post-secondary education.
- You have a valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle for the role.
- You can lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- 1-2 years of fact-based direct selling experience is an asset.
- Cleaning Service or Maintenance Products experience is an asset.
- You have great analytical and organizational skills.
- You can work independently and with minimal supervision.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Suite
- You have great oral presentation skills.
- This is an immediate opening that is a new position in the company

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
