We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Quebec owned boutique!
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to lead a team in delivering a high standard of service and sales performance.
The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and creating a welcoming and professional shopping environment. This role requires a balance of leadership, operational management, and a strong understanding of retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Lead, support, and motivate the store team
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience
- Support sales goals through effective team coaching and product knowledge
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and general store organization
- Maintain store presentation and ensure visual standards are met
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor sales performance and support store objectives
Profile Required
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer service oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Interest in fashion and retail is an asset
- Bilingual (English and French) required
