We are an international business expansion platform with offices in the UAE, USA, Nigeria, and soon Egypt. We are not a law firm. Our focus is helping foreign entrepreneurs and companies explore business expansion opportunities and business tours into Canada and the United States.
Due to the growth of our international client base, we are seeking an in-house Canadian immigration lawyer to collaborate with our team on a contractual basis, with the opportunity to develop into a profit-sharing relationship.
Our Managing Partner for Canada and the USA is a business strategist who has created turnkey business opportunities for international entrepreneurs.
Areas of Focus
- Business visitor matters
- Visitor visa applications and processing
- C11 Significant Benefit work permits
- Intra-company transfers
- Entrepreneur and investor-related immigration pathways
Not a Focus
- Refugee or asylum matters
- LMIA-based applications
- High-volume immigration processing
We are seeking a lawyer in good standing with a Canadian law society who has an entrepreneurial mindset and is interested in building a long-term relationship with a growing international platform.
Compensation structure, scope of work, and partnership opportunities are open for discussion.
Pay: $4,000.00-$12,000.00 per month
