You would join a select group of Global Principals within Market Solutions, while reporting to Jacobs’ Global Director of Water Resource Recovery Solutions, Tim Constantine.
Your impact:
As Global Principal for Wastewater Facility Planning, you will be part of a global team, developing strategy, our talent, and tools/processes associated with Wastewater Treatment Plant (or Water Resource Recovery Facility) Master Planning and Facility Planning.
Your core internal and external leadership responsibilities will include:
- Guiding and implementing thought leadership activities to shape our differentiated brand, reputation, and value proposition externally.
- Facilitating, positioning and engagement in partnership with our internal (Jacobs) client account managers and sales teams to ensure Jacobs is the preeminent, trusted partner of choice for targeted new and existing core clients related to facility planning for wastewater treatment.
- Coordinate with other Water Resource Recovery Global Principal leaders as facility planning encompasses many other submarket areas.
- Working with the various Regions, be a principal advocate for talent stewardship associated with wastewater facility planning and assisting in attracting, developing, retaining, and deploying market leading domain expertise associated with this solutions area.
- Steward the technology solutions, processes, and tools associated with Wastewater Facility Planning, allowing for consistency in project delivery, project quality, and overall excellence associated with this solutions area.
- Provide global internal networking and engagement via Community of Practice leadership, connecting our people and capabilities in Wastewater Facility Planning across the company.
- Collaborating across the Jacobs Market Solutions organization to provide differentiated value.
