We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and versatile Construction & Building Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of work and takes pride in producing quality results. The successful candidate will assist with commercial and residential construction projects while also maintaining our buildings, equipment, and warehouse.
No two days are the same. You'll be involved in everything from framing and finishing work to facility maintenance and warehouse organization.

Responsibilities
- Perform light to moderate framing on renovation and new construction projects.
- Install, repair, and finish drywall.
- Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces.
- Complete general building repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Perform basic carpentry and finishing work.
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, or HVAC repairs as required (experience is an asset but not required).
- Maintain company buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Receive, load, unload, and stage materials and products.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided if required).
- Keep the warehouse and job sites clean, safe, and organized.
- Work independently as well as part of a team.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a professional attitude on every job.
Qualifications
- Experience with framing, drywall installation/repair, and painting.
- General knowledge of building maintenance and repairs.
- Comfortable using power tools and hand tools.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual labor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a positive work ethic.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Forklift experience is an asset.
- Construction, maintenance, or trade experience is preferred.
