Eloise is a new contemporary fine dining restaurant in Toronto by the Esplanade restaurants Ltd
We are seeking a Line cook to be an integral part of the culinary team at Eloise. Working closely with the team, you will help in upholding the high standards of quality and creativity that define Eloise.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes with precision, consistency, and pride.
- Uphold our recipes, standards, and commitment to exceptional presentation.
- Maintain strong organization and cleanliness throughout service.
- Support inventory control and proper stock rotation.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation practices.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to deliver smooth, efficient service, especially during peak hours.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for cooking and a respect for high-quality ingredients.
- Experience in fine-dining or upscale kitchens is a strong asset.
- Keen attention to detail, strong time management, and a calm, focused approach.
- A desire to learn, improve, and contribute to a growing restaurant.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and busy service periods.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
