Start to Finish Exteriors has been serving Steinbach and surrounding areas since 2014, specializing in high-quality stucco and exterior systems. THIS JOB IS NOT FOR EVERYONE.
Stucco is physically demanding work. You’ll be lifting, carrying, climbing scaffolding, working in the heat, and staying active all day. If you enjoy physical work, being outside, and seeing the results of your effort at the end of the day, you’ll fit right in.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Reliable and motivated individuals who show up ready to work
- Must have a valid SIN
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physically fit and capable of handling demanding construction work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Construction or stucco experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Mixing, applying, and finishing stucco
- Carrying materials and setting up work areas
- Working on scaffolding and ladders
- Assisting crew members to complete projects efficiently and professionally
- Maintaining clean and safe job sites
