Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Metal Sheeter to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with sheet metal, operating fabrication equipment, and contributing to high‑quality manufacturing or construction projects. Duties
- Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal according to specifications and drawings
- Operate metalworking machinery such as shears, brakes, rollers, and punch presses
- Assemble, fasten, and install sheet metal components as required
- Interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical schematics
- Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to all safety protocols
- Assist with troubleshooting fabrication issues and recommending improvements
Experience
- Proven experience as a Metal Sheeter, Sheet Metal Worker
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong understanding of fabrication tools, machines, and safety practices
- Physical ability to lift materials, stand for long periods, and perform manual labour
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and craftsmanship
- Trade certification or apprenticeship (an asset, but not required depending on experience)

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
