```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines , industrial equipment and generator sets
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electric issues
- Use power tools and hand tools to disassemble, repair, and assemble components
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems or areas of improvement
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
```Skills```
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience working with diesel engines
- Ability to work on a variety of engines and machinery
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Ability to operate heavy equipment for testing and diagnostic purposes
- Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Knowledge of AC electrical systems on generator sets is an advantage
