Job Description
The Company is seeking a full-time or Part-time customer service representative to join its growing team. The incumbent will play a key role in maintaining and promoting our core values of Involvement, High Quality, and Great Customer Service.
The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service or related field and the ability to work effectively with customers via phone and in-person. The position requires a strong ability to think on one’s feet, communicate complex information in a clear, concise manner, and handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to follow through on commitments made. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, organization skills, communication skills, problem solving/resolution power, and time management skills.
Responsibilities
Answer customer questions or complaints regarding our products and product availability
Preparing pizzas out of our menu and based on custom orders
Communicate with customers via phone/ in-person about orders
Wash and chop vegetables (for example, tomatoes, peppers, onions and mushrooms)
Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment
Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
