Job Duties
· Assign sales workers to duties
· Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers
· Establish work schedules)
· Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
· Check and monitor product quality
· Authorize return of merchandise
· Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
· Organize and maintain inventory
· Order merchandise
· Conduct performance reviews
· Perform opening and closing activities
