Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers on the patio and in indoor dining areas.
- Manage reservations and waitlists using our booking system.
- Provide guests with menus and an overview of specials or events.
- Coordinate with the serving team to ensure smooth table turnover.
- Assist with takeout order pickups and customer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and entryway.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a host or in a customer-facing role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- High standards of cleanliness and personal presentation.
