SKN Beauty Centre is an established medical aesthetics clinic located in the GTA. We are a fast-growing organization which is constantly evolving and expanding our operations. We are currently looking to hire a Client Care Coordinator who is passionate about customer care, beauty, & who is enthusiastic and organized! We invite you to apply and join our growing team!
Duties include:
- Providing clients with efficient, courteous service.
- Professionally answering telephone, communicating with clients via text and email with proper etiquette.
- Setting up new customer accounts, regularly update entry, maintaining accurate records into the customer database and system.
- Efficiently and accurately handle financial transactions with integrity
- Ordering supplies, manage inventory and supplies
- Organize client files electronically and physically
- Maintaining the clinic clean & organized.
- Comfortable creating social media content
- Proficient with both Google docs or Microsoft Office
- Other tasks may apply
As the ideal candidate you have:
- Have a minimum of 1-2 year work experience in a customer service or administrative environment.
- Enjoy and know what it takes to provide excellent customer experience.
- High School diploma (required), a College or University degree is preferred.
- Have the ability to manage multiple tasks, quickly, and effectively.
- Are proficient with computers and working with MS Office and email applications.
- Have fluent written and verbal English skills.
- Are able to work independently and as part of a team and have a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a positive attitude and are a fast learner.
- Experience with CRM softwares – advantage.
Experience:
- Receptionist: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
- CRM and Microsoft office: 2 years (preferred)
