Greystone Atlantic Properties is growing and we are looking to add to our renovation team. Some of the skills we are looking for include:
- Perform finish and trim carpentry according to directions provided by construction manager
- Drywall repair/patches
- Basic electrical
- Basic plumbing
- Basic framing
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with building components or equipment
Soft skills:
- Maintain good relationships with supervisors, workers, subcontractors and public
- Ability to work independently once instruction is provided
- Ability to think through next steps, anticipate material/tool needs and prioritize tasks to reduce project delays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
