Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional pharmaceutical care and patient counseling
- Assess, review, and monitor medication therapies
- Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals
- Conduct medication reviews and clinical consultations

- Ensure compliance with all professional and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Clinical experience is considered an asset
