Full Job Description
Superior Fire Control is a fast-paced oilfield safety services company, that is quickly expanding. With this expansion, we are looking to add a new team member. This person will provide support to the Administrative Manager. Duties will include general reception duties as assigned as well as Accounts Payable entries, semi-monthly payroll and administrative support.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Front Reception – receiving/sending packages, directing visitors
- Accounts Payable entries
- Semi-Monthly Payroll
- Support Administrative Manager with duties and administrative tasks as required
- Communicate effectively with co-workers
- Organize workload and set priorities to meet administrative deadlines
- Update various documents and lists as required
- Assist other managers and co-workers as needed
- Confidentiality is a must
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum of Grade 12 education
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
- Self-starter requiring little direct supervision
- Accountable with punctual work habits
- Takes pride in a job well done
- Knowledge of Sage 50 and Quick Books is an asset – but not required
Reliable Transportation to and from the office Required
