Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result driven General Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our catering organization. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise teams across various departments to ensure high performance standards.
- Oversee business development initiatives to expand market reach and increase revenue streams.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for executive leadership on operational progress.

Skills
- Proven General Manager experience in catering sales and business development with a focus on expanding organizational reach minimum 10 years
- Experience in high volume banquet that includes buffets & plated dinner up to 500 customers minimum 10 years.
- Strong background in project management, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience supervising teams and managing personnel.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to analyze data, develop strategic plans, and make informed decisions under pressure.
- Experience in fostering a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and accountability.

Pay: $68,000.00-$86,000.00 per year
