We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Store Manager to lead one or more of our retail locations. This is a leadership role for someone who excels in team development, operational excellence, and customer service. You will oversee all store functions including staffing, compliance, sales performance, and facility management.
Manage daily operations for one or more store locations
Lead, train, and support Store Managers, Key Holders, and Budtenders
Ensure full compliance with AGCO cannabis regulations
Monitor and manage store budgets and profitability (P&L responsibility)
Oversee inventory, and loss prevention
Drive customer satisfaction and team performance
Recruit and onboard new team members
Implement company strategies, promotions, and local marketing efforts
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment
3+ years in a management or supervisory role (retail experience preferred)
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and tech tools
Valid CannSell certification and Ontario driver’s license
Must be legally authorized to sell cannabis in Ontario
Able to pass a background check
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Cannabis industry knowledge is a strong asset
