Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscaper/Labourer to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of landscaping, gardening, and construction tasks to ensure the aesthetic appeal and functionality of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience with landscape maintenance, and the ability to operate various tools and machinery. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in mechanical maintenance, and construction while contributing to high-quality landscape projects.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment such as excavators, power tools, and hand tools for excavation, planting, and construction tasks
- Support construction activities related to landscape features such as patios, walkways, or retaining walls
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure safety and efficiency
- Assist with site preparation and clean-up for ongoing projects or seasonal work
- Follow safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries
Qualifications
- Prior experience with gardening, or landscape maintenance is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction and landscaping projects
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety procedures
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for equipment transportation purposes
