True Blue Swim School is proud of its reputation for providing a fun, professional, and supportive environment for our highly valued team. As we continue to grow, we are looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service Team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping families, communicating confidently over the phone, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a positive team culture. The role is primarily phone call communications with a blend of customer facing responsibilities.
Position Overview
Our Customer Service Team is the first point of contact for many of our families. Team members assist with phone calls, emails, registrations, scheduling, waitlists, and general customer support across our swim school locations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary education in a related field (customer service, administration, business, education, communications, etc.) considered an asset
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, call centre, reception, or administrative experience
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software and systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and confident phone manner
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Availability
- Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available
- This position starts part time with the possibility to move to full time

Pay: $16–24/hour
