Eagle Lake Tree Service is looking for a reliable, hardworking Groundsman or Junior Tree Climber to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, aren’t afraid of physical work, and want to build a career in the tree care industry, we’d like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist with tree removals, pruning, and storm cleanup.
- Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, and other tree service equipment safely.
- Drag brush, manage ropes, and assist climbers on the ground.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Load and unload equipment and help with daily truck and equipment maintenance.
- Follow all company safety procedures and WorkSafe Ontario regulations.
Requirements
- Previous chainsaw experience is preferred.
- Tree service or landscaping experience is an asset but not required.
- Valid G driver’s licence .
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working as part of a team.
- Interest in learning climbing and advancing within the company is a plus.
