Sturgeon Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is expanding our service team and looking for motivated apprentice technicians at any year of training. We're a Stellantis dealership — Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram — and we're serious about developing the next generation of technicians in our shop.
Our bonus program pays you for your efficiency — the more billable hours you produce relative to your hours worked, the more you earn on top of your base. Top performers add up to $9/hr above their base rate every month.
How the bonus works
Sold Hours Bonus (monthly):
- 140+ sold hours: +$4/hr
- 160+ sold hours: +$6/hr
Efficiency Bonus (stackable with sold hours bonus):
- 100% efficiency: +$2/hr
- 110% efficiency: +$3/hr
Efficiency is measured as billable hours versus hours worked. Must reach 140 sold hours to qualify for efficiency bonus.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs under journeyman supervision
- Assist with diagnosis and more complex repairs as your skills develop
- Operate diagnostic and shop equipment safely and correctly
- Complete thorough, accurate repair documentation on every job
- Communicate with the service team on job status and findings
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Qualifications
- Registered Alberta apprentice (Automotive Service Technician) — any year considered
- Interest or experience with Stellantis (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) vehicles is a strong asset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team environment
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with clean abstract
- Basic hand tools required
