Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing strategic business development plans to expand our construction services.
- Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Manage customer relationships by maintaining regular communication, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions effectively.
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables.
- Participate in negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate favorable agreements.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by assisting in the creation of promotional materials and outreach campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience or strong interest in business development within the construction or related industries.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Strong project management capabilities to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies tailored for the construction sector.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.

Pay: $43,003.77-$133,192.46 per year
