We are actively recruiting an enthusiastic, patient-focused Full-Time Compression Specialist working at our Hamilton, Burlington, and/or Oakville location.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assess patients’ needs for compression therapy in collaboration with the medical team.
· Measure and fit patients for appropriate compression garments, ensuring comfort and effectiveness.
· Educate patients on the use and care of compression products.
· Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of compression therapy products and advancements.
· Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory.
· Work closely with the medical team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
· Provide outstanding customer service with a compassionate and understanding approach.
· Support the office’s goals and assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
· Background in medical field, sales, or a combination of both is preferred.
· Previous experience with compression therapy or medical equipment is a plus.
· Excellent communication skills and a patient-centred approach.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
· Team player with a positive attitude.
· High level of compassion, patience, and professionalism.
· Basic computer skills for patient record management.
· Desire to make a positive difference in patients’ lives.

Job Type: Full time, in-person.
Pay: This position has a base pay of $22-24/hour, with commissions offering on-track earnings of $25-$32 per hour.
Expected hours: 37.5 per week.
