We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers, present products, and drive sales in a retail environment. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate products and explain key features to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Upsell additional items while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Process POS transactions, including cash handling and payments.
- Maintain store displays and ensure product availability.
- Assist with inventory and stock replenishment.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Support daily store operations and organization.
Requirements / Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or merchandising preferred.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to demonstrate and promote products confidently.
- Multilingual abilities are an asset.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to upsell products in a customer-friendly way.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
Pay: $70,000.00-$75,500.00 per year
