About Us
Gravity Complete Services is a growing plumbing, HVAC, and electrical service company serving Lindsay, Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our office team and help manage incoming call volume.
This is an important front-line role. You will often be the first person customers speak with, so we are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls, booking service appointments, assisting customers, updating job information, and supporting the dispatch and office team.
We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Book service calls for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work
- Gather accurate customer information and job details
- Enter and update jobs in our scheduling system
- Assist with dispatching and scheduling support
- Follow up with customers as required
- Help manage high call volume during busy periods
- Communicate clearly with technicians, managers, and office staff
- Maintain a positive customer experience from first call to job completion
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
- Organized and able to multitask
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills required
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home services is an asset but not required
- Experience with Jobber or similar scheduling software is an asset but not required

Compensation
Wage will be based on experience.
