Delivery Driver – Ignite Pizzeria Mount Pleasant & Yaletown
Ignite Pizzeria is hiring a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to support our Mount Pleasant and Yaletown locations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting food, ingredients, and supplies safely and efficiently between designated locations. This role requires strong driving skills, attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
You will be driving a Ford Transit van and assisting with kitchen and dough preparation when deliveries are complete.

Ignite Pizzeria first opened its doors in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood in 2017, followed by Gastown, Yaletown, South Surrey, and now our new North Vancouver location. We create handmade artisanal pizza baked in a stone-fired oven, with a focus on quality, consistency, and hospitality.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate the company delivery vehicle to transport food, ingredients, and supplies.
- Load and unload deliveries, ensuring all items are properly secured.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and related records.
- Communicate effectively with managers, team members, and customers regarding delivery status.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Handle delays or delivery issues professionally and promptly.
- Assist with organizing inventory and supplies at each location.
- Assist with dough preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and report any maintenance concern
Skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving a Ford Transit van.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to safely lift and carry delivery items.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous delivery or restaurant experience is an asset.
