Summer Student – Minor Soccer Coach

Are you a youth leader with coaching/education experience? Does working outdoors with kids sound fun? Do you enjoy soccer or sports in general? If so, Pasadena Minor Soccer is looking for you!
We are hiring 3 bright, motivated, energetic soccer-loving students to run our summer season, commencing in mid-June, running to mid-August and a minimum of 16 hours per week.
Duties include: coaching/assisting children aged 3-16 in soccer and related activities, equipment preparation, setup, maintenance, and storage, leading drills and soccer activities, monitoring of participants, office administrative work (photocopying, emailing, distribution of information, etc.), cleaning of facilities and equipment and provision of support, where necessary.
Applicants should have coaching experience, and enjoy working with children — lots and lots of children!
Successful applicants will be required to submit a satisfactory Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check from his/her local RCMP/RNC detachment prior to commencing work. Must be legally allowed to work in Canada.
