Moarij Property Service is an exterior maintenance company based in Brampton. We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and outgoing person to join our door-to-door field sales team.
The role involves speaking with homeowners, introducing our exterior maintenance services, generating leads, and closing sales in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Go door-to-door in assigned residential areas
- Speak confidently with homeowners
- Explain our services clearly
- Generate leads and book jobs
- Follow up with potential customers
- Represent the company professionally
Requirements:
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Sales experience is an asset but not required
- Reliable and self-motivated
Compensation:
- $100 daily allowance during training plus earned commissions
- Uncapped commissions
- Sales reps earning consistently around $300 a day
Pay: $750.00-$1,500.00 per week
