Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Class 1 Driver/Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating heavy equipment and commercial vehicles to transport freight and materials efficiently. This role requires a strong focus on safety, operational expertise, and adherence to transportation regulations, ensuring smooth logistics and delivery processes across various sites.
Duties
- Safely operate commercial trucks and heavy equipment, including forklifts and other machinery, to transport freight and materials.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, ensuring proper handling and securing of freight.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Follow all safety protocols and transportation regulations during operations.
- Assist with the repair and troubleshooting of automotive or heavy equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle logs, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse or site personnel to ensure timely delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating forklifts, heavy equipment, or other industrial machinery is preferred.
- Knowledge of freight handling, loading, and securing cargo safely.
- Basic automotive repair skills are a plus.
- Proven experience in commercial driving or logistics operations is desirable.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently in various environments.
- Strong attention to safety procedures and regulatory compliance.

Pay: $9,000.00-$11,000.00 per month
