Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Detail Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for automotive care. Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing
- Apply cleaning solutions and products safely and effectively to achieve optimal results
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report findings accordingly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist with additional detailing tasks as needed to meet customer expectations
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during vehicle detailing processes
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning or automotive detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of vehicle surfaces and cleaning products is a plus but not mandatory
