Just Bite Me Meals is a fast-growing, locally owned meal prep company with 4 locations across Alberta. We’re known for our wide variety of healthy, delicious meals, snacks, and breakfasts designed to make life easier for our customers.
Our Head Office storefront in Edmonton is open 7 days a week, offering convenient grab-and-go options in a welcoming environment and we’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused team member to join us!
We are currently hiring to fill a full-time position. Days, evenings, and weekends are a requirement.
The REQUIRED shifts will be:
Monday to Thursday (10am - 6:00pm)
Saturday (9:45am-6:00pm)
Your primary role will involve working in our storefront and admin office, where you'll help customers with purchases, ensuring a tidy and welcoming space, restocking shelves, as well as helping complete admin tasks.

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries both in-person and over the phone
- Manage retail sales transactions using POS systems, including cash handling and processing payments accurately
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability
- Assist with stock replenishment, and product organization
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Support administrative tasks such as printing orders & labels, replying to emails, and customer inquiries
- Utilize organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods and ensure smooth store operations
Experience:
Prior retail sales experience is preferred, knowledge in computer work is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Strong customer service background with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organizational skills for managing inventory, merchandising displays, and administrative duties effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure with good time management skills in a fast-paced retail setting
Pay: $18.00 per hour
