Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed health histories to inform individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions and immunizations, adhering strictly to aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
- Manage complex medical procedures such as catheterizations, and tube feeding, in accordance with best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for ongoing treatment plans
- Collaborate with resident families
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality policies
- Participate in infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing with CRNS; current CPR/BLS certification required.
- Experience in long-term care facilities including nursing homes and assisted living communities.
- Knowledge and training in Convergence
- Experience working with specialized populations such as patients with developmental disabilities, age related needs, memory care needs or dementia is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient assessment and education; ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to various shifts including nights or weekends on a 6 week rotation.
Pay: $38.58-$50.07 per hour
