Job Overview
This role includes assisting with installation, service, and maintenance of refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation systems, while supporting job coordination, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to efficient project execution.
Duties
- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate HVAC service and maintenance operations.
- Develop preventative maintenance programs and service procedures.
- Supervise service technicians, dispatch, and administrative staff.
- Coordinate scheduling, manpower, and resource allocation.
- Review service reports, quotations, and project documentation.
- Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards.
- Develop customer service strategies and oversee contract performance.
- Recruit, mentor, train, and evaluate service personnel.
- Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Pay: $48.00 per hour
