Duties
1. External Communication & Project Coordination (Core Responsibility)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for market-facing communication for the language schools in Toronto and Vancouver
- Receive, consolidate, and respond to external feedback related to market trends, content direction, branding, and lead quality
- Organize and summarize external requests and issues, and communicate them clearly to internal teams
- Follow up throughout execution to ensure alignment, consistency, and clarity of information across stakeholders
2. Brand Presentation & Messaging
- Own the overall packaging and external presentation of brand materials, including but not limited to:
- Marketing brochures and company / program decks
- Student recruitment and course introduction materials
- External-facing documents and brand introduction pages
- Produce basic design layouts or integrate materials based on existing brand guidelines
- Collaborate with internal execution teams or external designers to ensure consistent brand tone and visual style
3. Internal Collaboration & Information Translation
- Translate external market feedback and changes into actionable and understandable insights for internal teams
- Maintain close coordination with the China market execution lead and India market operations team
- Act as a bridge between strategic direction and execution
- Proactively surface misalignment between direction and feasibility, and help drive resolution
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, project coordination, or content-related roles
- Experience in external communication or client-facing coordination
- Basic design capability, with the ability to independently produce simple brand and marketing materials
- Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (at least one required)
- Strong visual sensibility with the ability to understand, follow, and maintain existing brand guidelines
- Able to organize complex information into clear, structured, and logically presented external-facing materials
- Mandarin proficiency is an asset
- Familiarity with the French-language education market in Toronto is an asset
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
