An established, highly respected independent community pharmacy located in a premier, rapidly growing sector of Woodstock, Ontario is seeking an Operating Partner (Registered Pharmacist) to step into a thriving practice with a legacy of exceptional patient care and deep physician relationships.
This role involves overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive pharmacy knowledge, and a commitment to improving community health outcomes.

We are looking for a visionary pharmacist who wants to lead an independent clinical environment. This pharmacy commands an incredibly loyal patient base. You will not be building from scratch—you will be stepping into an established environment with a strong community presence and opportunities to further expand clinical service.

The Package:
Base Salary: $120,000 – $135,000 (commensurate with clinical expertise and management experience)
Comprehensive health/dental benefit package
Revenue Share: opportunity to earn 25% of all clinical service billings you generate on top of your base.
Clinical Advancement Stipend: dedicated clinical advancement stipend ($2500/yr).
Accelerated path to equity ownership and Operational support from existing ownership
Qualifications:
Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the OCP (Part A).
Passion for clinical scope expansion (Minor Ailments, Chronic Disease Management).
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain established local physician relationships and patient base
