The Role
As a Screen Print Operator in our Large Format department, you will take complete ownership of the screen printing process from, as well as support our Finishing team with various tasks to produce large format graphics.
This is an onsite role working Monday – Friday on day shift from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at our Calgary location.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and prepare production equipment to ensure smooth, high-quality print runs

Perform emulsion coating, exposing, and reclamation of screens

Mix Pantone inks and accurately match colours to meet client specifications

Operate screen printing presses with precision and efficiency

Apply clear coatings to enhance durability and finish quality

Assist with various hand labour finishing duties such as application of tape, easels, hardware, grommets, and die cutting
Skills & Experiences

High School Diploma or above with a minimum of 5 years of experience in screen printing

Experience operating M&R Saturn and M&R Renegade XL screen print presses

Hardworking, self-motivated, and reliable with strong attendance and punctuality

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly

Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
