University Food Services (UNFS) is the primary provider of food and beverage services at the University of Victoria, serving students, staff, faculty, and external clients through retail, residential dining, and its catering division Degrees Catering. UNFS operates a variety of campus venues ranging from small grab-and-go cafes to high volume food court operations.
Under the direction of the Food Service Manager, Coordinator, or designate, the Food Service Supervisor provides leadership to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence across assigned University of Victoria Food Services locations, venues, outlets and Degrees catering. The role is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and operation of designated units, supporting positive customer experiences while ensuring departmental standards, policies, and procedures are consistently met.
